Description
The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is stored when a fault is detected with the engine shut off solenoid. The solenoid circuit can be tested using a meter. The solenoid resistance should be 15 to 30 ohms, the Engine Control Module (ECM) control circuit can be inspected with an oscilloscope.
